Before your appointment:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to make any changes. You will be charged the full cost of service for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, with some exceptions as we understand emergencies happen.


Want to be notified if a spot opens up sooner?

Sometimes we get short-notice cancellations. If you’re available to fill a spot that opens up within a day's notice and want to be notified in case you can take it, please submit this form to let us know and we’ll add you to the list!
