Before your appointment:

• Complete the proper intake form:
  - Massage Health Intake Form if this is your first time receiving a therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, or postpartum massage with me
  - Lymphatic Drainage Intake Form if this is your first MLD appointment
  - Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage Form if this is your first MLD session with me after surgery
  - Arvigo Therapy Intake Form if this is your first Arvigo treatment with me
  - Digestive Health Intake Form if this is your first digestive massage with me
  - Facial Massage Intake Form if this is your first NeoLifting or facial massage with me

• Consult with your physician if you have any reservations or concerns.
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to make any changes. You will be charged the full cost of service for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, with some exceptions as we understand emergencies happen.
  

Purchasing Packages or Gift Cards:

• All Packages and Gift Cards include an additional $ amount to cover processing fees (amount noted in each package description).

• To avoid these extra charges, pay with Venmo

• If you pay with a card and wish to change your payment method, unfortunately, the charge cannot be reversed, as Square doesn’t refund the processing fee.
