Complete the proper intake form:
- Massage Health Intake Form if this is your first time receiving a massage with us
- Lymphatic Drainage Intake Form if this is your first MLD appointment
- Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage Form if this is your first MLD session with us after surgery
- Energy Healing Intake Form if this is your first time receiving energy work from us
- Arvigo Therapy Intake Form if this is your first Arvigo treatment with usConsult with your physician if you have any reservations or concerns.
If pregnant, please wait until after your first trimester (first 3 months) to book a massage.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to make any changes. You will be charged the full cost of service for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, with some exceptions as we understand emergencies happen.
Want to be notified if a spot opens up sooner?
Sometimes we get short-notice cancellations. If you’re available to fill a spot that opens up within a day's notice and want to be notified in case you can take it, please submit this form to let us know and we’ll add you to the list!
